Springfield - Due to the resignation of U.S. Magistrate Judge Byron Cudmore, effective February 7, 2014, the Court will be using the temporary judge designation "Springfield Magistrate Judge" for all related cases, pending and new.  All matters in these cases will be handled by the district judge assigned to the case.  This will continue until the new magistrate judge is appointed in Springfield.
